When installing a sliding door, it is important to take into account any baseboards or door frames that may be in the way. The Berlin sliding hardware is supplied with an optional distance profile that can be used to compensate for baseboards and door frames up to 3⁄4" inch (20 mm)* wide. This ensures a perfect fit and the distance profile also matches the color of your chosen sliding door hardware.

5. Shipping
Once all technical issues have been resolved and your payment has been successfully received, the order will be processed. We have our sliding door system in stock and ready to be shipped.
6. Delivery
We will send you the goods in one shipment. The pocket door hardware kit will be shipped to you within 1-2 weeks of your order by freight forwarder.
7. Inspection of the delivered goods
24-48 hours prior to delivery, the shipping company will contact you by phone to arrange a specific time to deliver the goods. You are responsible for checking that your goods have been delivered in undamaged condition. If you notice any damage to the cardboard box or the goods when the delivery arrives, please have the driver confirm this in writing and then notify us immediately.
